New Mexico Governor Called Out for Not Standing Up to Biden’s Orders

Why is it that leaders from outside New Mexico are the ones standing up for the state’s energy workers instead of their own Governor?

First, it was the Attorney General of West Virginia who said he would reach out to New Mexico’s leaders to help the state fight against Biden’s disastrous executive orders.

Now, former Secretary of Energy and Texas Governor Rick Perry is joining the call to ask why New Mexico’s leaders aren’t fighting back. In his first interview since leaving Washington, Perry told Fox News Host Sean Hannity:

“New Mexico’s Governor, I’d love to have her on your show to see what she’s going to say her state’s budget, it’s going to be decimated.”

There is near-universal agreement that Biden’s anti-energy executive orders will have a negative impact on New Mexico. However to date, New Mexico Governor Michelle Lujan Grisham will only say that she’s “studying” and “reviewing” their impact.
