Jill Biden Joins the Private Plane Hypocrite Club

Another key figure of the Biden establishment is causing confusion and hypocrisy with their private jet usage. First Lady Jill Biden, a prominent advocate for the Biden administration’s climate policies, was recorded as taking multiple long-range private jet flights between Delaware and Paris, France, multiple times last week, a stark contrast to the administration’s stance on environmental conservation.

Fox News reports,

“First lady Jill Biden flew from France to Delaware for one day on Friday to support stepson Hunter Biden in his trial before returning to Europe for the president’s state visit with the French president — all at U.S. taxpayer expense. The 73-year-old accompanied President Biden to Normandy this week to commemorate the 80th anniversary of D-Day on Thursday, before she flew back stateside for Hunter’s gun trial. The first lady was back in France on Saturday for a state visit with Biden and French President Emmanuel Macron.”

It seems Mrs. Biden has taken a page out of Biden’s Campaign Advisor and former Climate Czar, John Kerry’s book, who has been well known to make extensive use of his access to private air travel.  You would think, given the Biden’s concerns with “climate change,” FLOTUS would opt for commercial flights, seeing as a private plane emits around 10 to 20 times the amount of carbon created by larger commercial airliners. But no, we continue to get the same message from the eco-left: do as we say but not as we do.

Founder and Executive of Power the Future, Daniel Turner slammed the hypocrisy of the Biden team taking private flights while everyone else has eco-left policies forced upon them.

 “As Joe Biden threatens to declare a climate emergency complete with COVID-style lockdowns and punitive measures, he’s using hundreds of thousands of gallons of jet fuel at the taxpayer expense to fly his wife back-and-forth across the Atlantic. The Biden climate scheme is pretty simple: working families are supposed to shut up and pay up while he and all the other hypocrites live it up.”
