John Kerry Snaps When Asked About Carbon Footprint

January 18, 2024

This week, the world’s most affluent and elitist are in Davos, Switzerland, for the World Economic Forum (WEF) Summit. The summit focuses on environmental issues, global conflict, and economics. During his time in Davos, Kerry was confronted by a reporter about his carbon footprint, and Kerry had a very snarky response.

Fox News reports,

“What’s the carbon footprint of these events every single year that you come here? Do you think it’s worth it — peasants paying for your crimes?” Avi Yemini, an Australian reporter with independent outlet Rebel News, asked Kerry who was walking on a street in Davos, Switzerland. ‘”That’s a stupid question,”’ Kerry responded.”

Kerry is known for his private jet use throughout his time as Biden’s Climate Czar. Kerry’s behavior shows how guilty he is, and his gas-guzzling flights are catching up to him.

“But Kerry has received criticism for his carbon footprint, including his past use of a private jet owned by his family. According to flight tracking data obtained by Fox News Digital in July 2022, a Gulfstream GIV-SP jet owned by Kerry’s family made a total of 48 trips that lasted more than 60 hours and emitted an estimated 715,886 pounds, or 325 metric tons, of carbon over the course of the Biden administration’s first 18 months.”

This interaction comes days after reports surfaced of Kerry stepping down as Biden’s climate czar to help with the campaign. Clearly, the last three years of scolding the public were for nothing. Kerry feels comfortable enough to take a year off to help Biden stay in power. But then again, if Biden stays in power, Kerry will stay in power.
