Why aren’t the Roundhouse and the Governor’s Mansion 100% renewable? January 2, 2020 New year, same hypocrisy. Over the New Year’s Holiday, Governor Michelle Lujan Grisham’s administration went out of their way to talk about how they’re going to examine energy efficiency when they want to rent space. It’s all a part of the administration’s efforts to address climate change but it appears they aren’t concerned with their own space. If you take a look around the New Mexico Capitol Building and the Governor’s Mansion, you’ll notice the lack of solar panels or wind turbines.
