Polis’ Failing Grades Are Bad News For Colorado October 22, 2018 It has been a while since liberal Colorado gubernatorial candidate Jared Polis was in school, but he just got another report card, and the results are nothing to write home about. While Polis has failed on a range of issues, what we at Power The Future are most concerned about are his atrocious energy policies. Taxes can be lowered, education programs can be tweaked, and bad laws can be repealed. It takes decades to build healthy industries that in turn support entire communities with the jobs they provide. However, it only takes one bad politician to decimate all that progress. With his renewables stance, Polis has declared his intention to do just that, and for that reason, he gets a failing grade. Back to Blog Posts
