FLASHBACK: Greta Thunberg’s Absurd End of Humanity Prediction Come Due in Ten Days

On June 21st, 2018, eco-left darling Greta Thunberg tweeted that climate change would wipe out humanity in five years. If you were to take this absurd prediction seriously, that would mean we all have only ten days left. But, before you panic and hug your loves ones for the last time, keep in mind that Thunberg has a long history of discredited and ridiculous statements. 

Though it may seem just like poking fun at the absurdity of the prediction, keep in mind that while this claim is not taken seriously because it’s so easy to debunk, her other ridiculous fear mongering continues to be taken as gospel by many who have the power to push policies that harm the American energy. Perhaps that explains why Thunberg deleted this tweet while failing to admit any accountability for pushing misinformation. The energy industry brings economic prosperity, national security, and job creation to the United States. Yet the progressive left continues the war on fossil fuels, pushing radical policies that harm American households all in the name of preventing an imagined end of humanity.
