The First 24 Hours: President Trump Begins March Toward Energy Dominance

Yesterday, we welcomed a new administration to the White House. President Trump wasted no time, immediately issuing executive orders to help our energy sector. The executive orders included repealing energy production restrictions, removing the Biden electric vehicle mandate, and stopping the reckless spending on failed green projects.

The majority of the actions coincide with recommendations outlined in Power The Future’s 2025 Energy Policy Roadmap, which is designed to reverse the damage done during the previous administration while lowering costs and making our nation more secure.

Actions taken by President Trump in the last 24 hours that are part of PTF Energy Roadmap include:

Rescinding Biden’s Anti-Energy Executive Orders: President Trump signed orders to reverse previous administration policies, including withdrawing from the Paris Climate Agreement. 

Ending Biden’s lease moratorium by declaring a national energy emergency: President Trump declared a national emergency on energy to expedite fossil fuel infrastructure development and increase energy production. 

Reversing Failed Electric Vehicle Mandates: President Trump rescinded policies around electric vehicle production, aiming to reduce costs and expand consumer choice.
