Day One: 12 Days of Biden’s War on American Energy December 11, 2023 This holiday season, Americans will be receiving coal in their stocking in the form of high energy prices and attacks on domestic production that will force them to pay more and scale back their celebrations. As a result, it’s not just partridges in pear trees and maids-a-milking that deserve our attention– it’s Biden’s war on energy. Over the next 12 days, we will detail the Biden Administration’s policies, initiatives, and controversies that are reshaping the energy landscape in ways that are undoubtedly hurting our present and future. On the first day of the 12 days of Biden’s War on Energy, the Biden Administration gave us a pact with China. In 2023, the State Department announced a deal with its Chinese counterparts to speed up our reliance on green energy sources such as wind and solar power. Fox News reports, “But the agreement — in which the nations further pledged to “sufficiently accelerate renewable energy deployment in their respective economies through 2030” — was criticized over its potential impact on U.S. consumers. Experts also noted that China has rarely followed through on international accords and stands to financially benefit from such an agreement since it controls much of the world’s green energy supply chain.” Instead of building up American companies and working to restore our energy independence. Biden and his climate czars are making pacts with China, making us further dependent on our Communist adversary. While China gets richer and stronger, Biden’s energy policies make America poorer and weaker. Several inconvenient truths the eco-left would like us to forget: China is the world’s largest polluter. China is by far the world’s largest emitter of carbon dioxide. China uses forced labor to produce solar panels. China is by far the world’s worst ocean polluting nation. 12 Days of Biden Back to Blog Posts
