Unanimous Supreme Court Water Decision Smacks Biden’s EPA

Yesterday the Supreme Court issued a 9-0 ruling against President Biden’s administration—the ruling limits how the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) can regulate bodies of water. The unanimous ruling against the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is the second time the agency has lost in court in less than a year. Since Thursday’s ruling, some members of Congress have accused the court of a partisan decision even though not a single justice ruled in favor of the EPA.

Fox News reports, 

Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer, D-N.Y., slammed the Supreme Court’s ruling Thursday that limited the Environmental Protection Agency’s ability to regulate bodies of water, calling it a “MAGA” court even though the decision was 9-0.
