New Mexico Loses More Energy Jobs, Ranks 43rd for Employment

The green agenda has terrible consequences and New Mexicans are paying the price. According to data released today from the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics, New Mexico has the 43rd HIGHEST unemployment in the nation.

The newest report also reveals the sector that includes energy workers in New Mexico has the fewest jobs since August of 2010. Not surprisingly, August of 2010 is the last time radical environmentalists had an ally in the Governor’s office.

Radical environmentalists and their political allies in Santa Fe would have you believe the pandemic is the sole reason for the economic hard times. As usual, the data proves otherwise.

New Mexico’s job losses in the energy sector come as neighboring Texas has seen energy job increases for two straight months.

Leaders in 41 other states are doing a better job of keeping people on the job during the pandemic. Meanwhile in New Mexico, the eco-left continues to do all they can to keep our state in the economic doldrums.
